BSG (Berezha Security Group) is a Ukrainian cybersecurity firm specializing in application security, penetration testing, and cybersecurity consulting.
Established in 2014, BSG was delivering projects mostly relying on word-of-mouth channels.
Challenge
Despite BSG’s technical expertise and successful project history, their online presence and brand identity did not effectively communicate their value proposition to international clients.
The existing website lacked a modern design and clear messaging, and there was no structured approach to content marketing or lead generation.
Additionally, BSG needed to establish a stronger brand presence in the global cybersecurity community to attract new clients and partnerships.

Solution
Go Global partnered with BSG to revamp their digital strategy and help to achieve business goals, focusing on the following key areas:
Brand Identity and Website Redesign
The collaboration began with a comprehensive rebranding initiative. BSG worked with Gutsulyak.Studio to develop a new visual identity that reflected their mission: “Defeating tomorrow’s security challenges – today.”
The redesigned logo and brand elements emphasized the concept of security as an algorithm, aligning with BSG’s analytical approach to cybersecurity.

2. SEO Optimization and Content Strategy
Following the website launch, Go Global implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy, including on-page optimization and a zero-budget link-building campaign.
Existing blog content was updated for SEO and enriched with valuable insights to engage readers. A content marketing plan was developed to regularly publish articles addressing industry trends and BSG’s service offerings.
The website began gaining traction, with over 8,200 keywords ranking organically in Google’s top search results during the peak period.
Also, as Go Global started link building (off-page SEO) with a zero budget, the website achieved a domain rating of 27— starting from 0, since bsg.tech was a new domain (the management had decided to switch from berezhasecurity.com to a more international domain, bsg.tech, so all link building was done from scratch).
Marketing Automation and Analytics
To streamline marketing efforts, Go Global set up HubSpot for marketing automation and integrated web analytics tools. This enabled BSG to track user behavior, monitor lead conversions, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The data-driven approach allowed for informed decision-making and optimized marketing spend.
Training Promotion and Lead Generation
BSG’s training programs, including the Web Application Pentester Training and Secure Development Lifecycle Training, were promoted through monthly webinars.
Go Global managed event promotion via Facebook ads, LinkedIn events, and Eventbrite, which also served as the registration and event management platform.
After each webinar, we successfully enrolled 10 – 20 students or even secured corporate clients looking to upskill their teams.
- Public Relations and Thought Leadership
To enhance BSG’s visibility in the cybersecurity community, Go Global coordinated PR activities, including securing speaking engagements for CEO Vlad Styran at prominent conferences. Additionally, Go Global assisted in building Vlad Styran’s personal brand by creating social media content for him based on his blog and arranging podcast interviews.
