Personal Brand & AI Visibility for CEO & Technology Leader

Subject & Role

Sergii Kravtsov, CEO & co-founder of Evergreen IT Development (IT services) and CEO & co-founder of ConnectiveOne (an AI-powered omnichannel communication platform — an IT product company).

Close to 20 years of experience building technology companies, with 400+ delivered projects behind Evergreen.

Despite that track record, he had no personal brand presence and no AI visibility before this engagement — searching his name surfaced almost nothing, and AI tools had no point of view on who he was or what he'd built.

Industry / Sector

B2B tech — IT services (Evergreen) and AI-native SaaS/communications (ConnectiveOne), with a specific point of view on AI-native software development, AI agents in the SDLC, and turning AI adoption into measurable business outcomes.

Starting Point

Before this engagement, Sergii had two decades of real operating experience and zero public visibility to show for it — no personal branding, no media presence, and no footprint in AI search or chat tools. For a founder actively selling both an IT-services business and an AI product, that meant buyers, partners, and journalists had no way to find him or verify his expertise independent of a sales conversation.

What Was Done

Over a 2-month engagement on personal branding, the work started with a structured briefing — his experience, how he wants to be perceived in the market, and a plan for what would actually make the market aware of him.

Then - Go Global created a strategy and a roadmap to prepare him for AI visibility and appearance in LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), not just traditional search.

  1. LinkedIn packaging & content
Rebuilt and repositioned his LinkedIn profile, then wrote and published ongoing content on his behalf from the brief.

Launched a LinkedIn newsletter ("Building AI Products") distributed through his ~5,000-contact network, with 733 people subscribed and receiving his content on a regular cadence.

Some of the LinkedIn content publications

Lead-nurturing & sales-enablement content
Produced pieces designed to do double duty as thought leadership and pipeline support — for example, "What You Need to Know About IT Development in 2026: Busting the Myths."

Speaking placements
Pitched and placed him as a speaker at Nordic APIs (tailoring the pitch to their API-specific focus by proposing API-risk and best-practice content for AI agents in the SDLC), and secured approval as a speaker at IT Arena (Ukraine's largest tech conference) and FWDays.

Drukarnya — "Artificial Intelligence Has Already Changed Your Business. The Only Question Is Whether You've Noticed"

Dev.to — "I Gave AI Agents Actual Job Descriptions. My Team's Delivery Speed Went Up 300%. Here's the Setup"

Medium — "The Metric Nobody's Watching: Why AI Observability Is the Real Bottleneck in Agentic Development"

Coverage ranged from technical deep-dives (a HackerNoon piece on rebuilding the SDLC around AI agents, citing a 300% delivery-speed improvement) to founder-story features and AI-strategy commentary.

Also built out a dedicated Sergii Kravtsov bio page on Evergreen's own website.

AI-visibility groundwork

Beyond media, filled out and completed his profile on mentorship platforms — Prjctr Mentor, Clarity.fm, and ADPList — the kind of structured, crawlable, first-party profile data that both Google's Knowledge Graph and AI answer engines draw on when forming a picture of who someone is.

Results

LinkedIn, month over month (August 1 to September 1, 1 month): followers grew from 4,787 to 5,020 (+233, +4.9%), first-degree connections from 4,485 to 4,690, post impressions (28-day) from 5,770 to 6,180 (+7.1%), and search appearances (7-day) from 70 to 81 (+15.7%).

The newsletter grew from 698 to 729 subscribers, and article views jumped from 293 to 923 in a single month (+215%), alongside 1,624 newsletter impressions and 71 newsletter engagements in the same period.

Events: the flagship "Why Most AI Initiatives Fail to Deliver ROI?" webinar that we organized drew 316 registrations — evidence that the LinkedIn audience being built was warm enough to convert into event sign-ups, not just passive followers. During our engagement period we organized and managed several online and one offline events.

Search visibility: a Google Images search for "Sergii Kravtsov" now returns a full page of first-party and earned-media results — his LinkedIn presence, HackerNoon articles, ADPList mentor profile, and Evergreen/ConnectiveOne webinar and event content — rather than the near-empty result set that preceded this work.

AI visibility — the standout result
When asking "Who is Sergii Kravtsov?", ChatGPT now returns a detailed, accurate, structured answer — correctly identifying his roles at ConnectiveOne and Evergreen, his ~20 years of experience and 400+ delivered projects, and his specific point of view (the "AI adoption vs. AI management" framing he's been publishing) — citing LinkedIn and other published content as its sources.

In other words, his own messaging is what the AI is now repeating back when someone asks about him.
